I was amazed that this guy calls in and says this is a Democratic power grab. Albeit I am more surprised how many political pundits don’t call out the STUPID people when they see them. You know what? I think they have just given up because they don’t want to look like Rush or Don Imus for sometime telling the truth. No one knows what’s going to happen, not no one. Whether the Congress/President do or do not do anything, I think we’re still quite fucked. Whenever a government decides to mortgage its people, those people and that government are always fucked. And some of us have been sold from day 1 and the rest of us just don’t know it happened. You’re going about your days like everything is great and one day it will hit you like a pile of bricks. I know in 2000/2001 when the dot.com bubble was popping like a good wadd of Bubblicious. People were getting pink slips and lay-off notices like never before and many who had never been out of work before realized that this was not the old day at the races. Now I hope it never happens to you, but for me and some of my dear friends who have only known what it is like to be one paycheck from the street, we know the word slave is tattooed on our foreheads. Like I said I hope it never happens to you that the veil is ever unceremoniously ripped off you.
