The good thing is that I am&nbsp; probably still on track.&nbsp; As a 200&#43;lb man 1200-1300cal is still way low for me and   lest I forget I took almost a 2hr walk which is absolutely not recommended during the fast so&#8230;I&#8217;m probably good.<\/p><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"direction: ltr; margin: 0; padding: 0; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; color: black; \">  Damn!
