People say such pacifying "You’re doing great" encouragement to people who they know are not giving their all but want to say something nicer than "You’re not pulling your weight! Step up! YOU FUCK<\/font><\/b>!<\/font>" So they say "Give 110%" In a hopeful way they’re saying dig deep to pull something else out of your ass.<\/div>\n
