I have not posted a travel entry in a while even though I’ve been a few places. So in my efforts to take back a more orderly and scheduled life, which includes getting back on a workout Schedule, here I go. Such as life back An a pair if planes today with a little layover in one q the mid-west’s more beautiful cities and one on the list of places where I formerly lived-Denver. And about my workout regimen. I used to hit the gym everyday or mostly everyday. But in the last year or so, I have let going to the gym so religiously fade all the while paying for a gym membership–at one point I had two of them that were going anused and horribly unabused!!! But no more-I am starting off slow: doing cardio on my stationery bike at home every morning right after I get up before I put anything into my mouth. Then in a week or so I’ll get back to the gym. This time instead of looking for great big gains in muscle structure, I am going to just center myself looking more toward toning rather than before. Before I has looking to grow my arms and pecs, back and legs and that eventually is the problem because I am already a big guy – I just have to realize that and stop looking at the Jay Cutlers or Ronnie Colemans or anyone else and saying “Why can’t I get that big?“!!! That didn’t help me and I am certain I am hot alone in my former thinking. I just pray I’m over it because it bummed me out so badly… Such as life – we live and we learn.
