Broadband connection woes

I have been confounded for the last few weeks trying to figure out why my cable modem wouldn’t utilize the max throughput that my cable provider was sending out to me.

Well low and behold it turns out to be a fault in the wiring from my network box junction. l took the modem over to another cable jack and viola! New instantly is assumed by the the modem. Just to think I was going to go out and buy a new one just because I wasn’t getting Motorola to adequately address my issue to my satisfaction. So, to the good folks at Motorola, I say “Sorry” and please accept my apology for thinking that you couldn’t fix it and for thinking I would have to jump ship to Cisco.
