When did walking become so hard?

Sitting here once again in one of my favorite people watching places… downtown Las Vegas’ Fremont Street Experience.  Sadly, I am seeing a disturbing trend of people whose ankles do not seem to be able to support they bodyweight… or should I say there is a buckling or unnatural sway in the ankles as they walk.  My mind wonders on this in two ways – does this indicate that their ankles are not strong enough for their bodyweight or has every one of these people had an ankle problem in the past? The latter is hard to believe that every single one of these people have had a broken ankle… so I am left with the former, that they are too heavy for their weak ass ankles!
It is weird… They look like something is wrong with their feet — remember both pronation and supination are a problem; overpronation and over supination are a bigger problem.  Whatever it might be… the effect is they’re walking like something fucked up is happening.  And I am super curious.
