Discount Tire experience

Based on this last experience I have to say something went wrong in the service bay. 

 This used to be my go to store – I have bought 4 tires and wheels here before and usually have no problems; this time I come in after lunch on a Tuesday for a simple patch of a slow leak problem.  2.5 hours later (including a visit to Starbucks and the AM/PM gas station in fact) I leave and while the leak I hope is fixed they did not set it to the correct tire pressure.  The TPMS indicator was still on which should have been the first thing that caught their eye that something was still wrong!!!!!  Almost 10psi below correct tire pressure by the way.

Like I said I usually have no problem, but after spending this much time in the waiting room, I just wanted to get out and will deal with the low pressure later.
