So day 1 of the fasting mimicking diet is coming to a close. Really easy I must say with only one slip with a handful of pecans but this is the start and it was the day with the most calories. Tomorrow and the rest will have 20% fewer calories so to make it all the way through I might have to do 1oz of mixed nuts.
On way or another I am hopeful that this will end well next Friday night when I move to the transition day.
