Day 3 in the books

Today was pretty hard as expected so I’m not gonna lie about it I added a lot.  A couple servings of nuts, some bean chips and parsnip chips too. The good thing is that I am  probably still on track.  As a 200+lb man 1200-1300cal is still way low for me and lest I forget I took almost a 2hr walk which is absolutely not recommended during the fast so…I’m probably good.

Damn! I forgot I had some thin vegan coconut cookies too.

Day 4 is on deck and considering the walk will be shorter tomorrow I will do my best to stick to the prescribed food with the nut addition at dinner time due to the medication needing to be taken with food.

This is supposed to eventually help with sleep but that has yet materialize but I am very hopeful.
