Growth Resilience Instinct Tenacity

One important thing about advancing is to set a clear goal.  Getting through 2020 and 2021 for most of us was just about making it through.  The next years though have to be all about thriving and advancing.   So here’s my new career goal:  To secure a position in management within the software and technology space by December 2023.  And as necessary look for advancement opportunities with my current employer but also be willing to change employers to one which values my experience and contribution.
